Implementation is a shared responsibility across the ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Allison community. Through collaboration, planning, and ongoing review, the University is advancing the priorities outlined in its Strategic Plan.
The Strategic Plan provides a framework for decision-making and action across the University. It guides priorities, informs planning, and supports efforts to strengthen the student experience, enrich learning and research, foster meaningful engagement, and build a sustainable future for ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Allison.
Strategic Plan Implementation Group
The Strategic Plan Implementation Group (SPIG) supports the ongoing implementation of the Strategic Plan by fostering collaboration, sharing perspectives from across the University community, and helping maintain focus on institutional priorities.
Drawing representation from different areas of the University — including students, faculty, staff, and alumni — the group serves as a forum for dialogue, feedback, and engagement, helping to promote awareness of strategic initiatives and opportunities for collaboration.

Community engagement
The University remains committed to ongoing dialogue and engagement throughout the implementation of the Strategic Plan. Students, faculty, and staff can access , the University's intranet, to learn about upcoming consultation zones, submit feedback, and access recordings and resources from previous consultation sessions.
